The Police Alphabet :
Also known as the phonetic alphabet, is a set of words and phrases used by law enforcement and other emergency services to clearly and accurately communicate over radios and other communication devices. Using the phonetic alphabet as a starting point I’ve set out to create a series of unfamiliar images that are not instantly understandable but take there cue from the alphabet. Adding layer of unpredictability I’ve used AI to generate the images for this project challenging perception of meaning and language through the use of familiar words in an unfamiliar context.
